This blog is about bike routes, bike journeys in Ireland and abroad that I have used. It also touches on things Carlow that interest me.
I’m from Carlow and use back roads and off road for training and getting out; there are numerous loops that are safe, accessible and provide a great hour to hour and a half of fresh air, sight seeing and exercise.
The bike’s time has come again!
