Two Pilgrimage Walks in Ireland

Enjoy this lovely short video clip made by my aunt’s husband Pete who is an experienced walker and pilgrim. On a trip back to Ireland last year (after he had competed the Via Francigena – French section) he made a personal pilgrimage to a unique family landmark followed by the not so gentle Croagh Patrick.

I had great hopes of getting out over December to take more photos and plot more routes. Flu and bad weather put paid to that plan!

At least we can now see the evenings beginning to stretch ever so slightly holding out the promise of getting back in the saddle after work.

I have great plans for serious routes over the summer and some of them are really exciting.
